COVID-19: 18 people die, 1,235 test positive in J&K

There was massive traffic jam on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway today even as the authorities had permitted one-way traffic only. The commuters and the passengers alleged that against the one-way traffic norm announced by the authorities, the vehicles were allowed from the opposite side which created mess on the highway. BOSE formulates scheme for promotion of students

J&K Board of School Education (BOSE) has decided to promote students who have passed at least two subjects in their previous exams. A notification in this regard was issued by the Director Academics on Monday. The BOSE has not conducted bi-annual private exams for class 10 and 12, 2019-20 session, in Kashmir division, and winter zones of Jammu which were scheduled in March-April 2020. The exams got deferred due to COVID19 pandemic.
